Egotistical Employee Reports Manager for Firing Him, Gets Schooled in Doing Job Properly

It's a fact of working life that everybody will have to work with an obnoxious individual at some point. Whether you're a coworker, their boss, or somebody below them, it is never a pleasant situation to be in.

Still, our discomfort is never going to stop a person like this from being a complete a-hole. Sometimes, all that can be done is following the letter of the law.

This is especially true of those in a position of authority, such as with u/fiya79. They were put in a sticky situation in their managerial job after a former employee decided to accuse them of fraud. The only problem was that this worker had been far from perfect — and that their records for everything were the opposite.

In true entitled nepo baby style, the employee tried to get his well known attorney dad to turn the odds in his favor. Needless to say, things didn't pan out as he had hoped.
